What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the quote form or by contacting JMD directly:
- Your name and email address
- Your answers about project type, timeline, project size and good times for a call
- Your project description and any files you choose to share
The site itself does not require an account, does not run advertising trackers, and does not use analytics cookies at this time. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say exactly what is measured.
How it’s used
It’s used to reply to you: to understand your project, schedule your free 20-minute call, and prepare your quote. Nothing else.
- Your information is never sold, rented or traded.
- Sending the form doesn’t add you to a newsletter or any email sequence.
- Your details aren’t shared with third parties, except the services needed to receive and reply to your message: FormSubmit, which delivers the project form by email, and JMD’s email provider.
Where it lives
Quote requests arrive by email and are read by a person. They’re retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or engagement, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information in JMD’s possession.
Third-party services
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google’s servers when a page loads, and Google may log standard technical data (such as your IP address) when it serves them. The booking page embeds Google Calendar’s appointment scheduler; if you book a call there, Google handles that booking under its own privacy policy. No advertising pixels run on this site.
Your choices
You can ask at any time what information JMD holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One email does it: [email protected]. Ryder reads and answers these himself.
Jurisdiction
JMD Web Design operates from Vancouver, British Columbia, and handles personal information in accordance with BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
