What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the quote form or by contacting JMD directly:
- Your name and email address
- Your answers about project type, timeline, and rough budget
- Your project description and any files you choose to share
The site itself does not require an account, does not run advertising trackers, and does not use analytics cookies at this time. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say exactly what is measured.
How it's used
For one purpose: responding to you. Your information is used to understand your project, schedule your free 20-minute call, and prepare your quote. That's it.
- No selling. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.
- No lists. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or drip sequence.
- No sharing. Your details aren't shared with third parties, except the service providers strictly necessary to receive and reply to your message (such as an email provider).
Where it lives
Quote requests arrive by email and are read by a person. They're retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or engagement, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information in JMD's possession.
Third-party services
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads; Google may log standard technical data (such as your IP address) as part of serving those files. No other third-party scripts, pixels, or embeds run on this site.
Your choices
You can ask at any time what information JMD holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One email does it: [email protected]. You'll get a straight answer from a person, not a process.
Jurisdiction
Johns Media Design operates from Vancouver, British Columbia, and handles personal information in accordance with BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
